1 How much Water should I drink in a day?
On average Doctors recommend at least 8 glasses (2 litres) a day. This amount does not include Teas and Coffees

2. What are the functions of water in the body?
It helps transport nutrients, oxygen and waste products into and out of the cells. It is necessary for all digestive, absorption, circulatory, and excretory functions. It is needed to regulate the body temperature and to provide energy. It is also believed to have a major part in moisturising our skin.

3. What are the problems associated with drinking too little water?
The classic problems are headaches, poor concentration, tiredness, lethargy, irritability, higher risk of developing kidney infections, constipation, dry skin and bad breath.

4. How much water is there in the body?
The human body is two-thirds water - the brain is 75% water. You can live without food for several weeks, but you cannot last a week without water.

5. Can I have Hot water from my water cooler as well?
Yes, GoH20 do several types of machines Ambient and Cold or Hot and Cold, the temperature on our Hot and Cold is hot enough for a cup of Tea!

6. Does a Water Cooler use a lot of electricity?
No, only as much as a small refrigerator.

7. Does the Water Cooler need cleaning?
It’s is recommended by the main governing body in the Water Cooler Industry that all Water Coolers are cleaned every 13 weeks to ensure high levels of hygiene are met and that the cooler continues to run efficiently. We can take care of the cleaning of your water cooler from GoH20 for you.

8. How quickly will my order be delivered?
We can deliver to your door within 48 hours of receiving your order within the South West, including Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Cirencester, Hereford, Bristol, Tewkesbury, Evesham, Swindon, Malvern, Worcestershire, Oxford and Birmingham.

9. Do I have a choice of other Water Coolers?
